In partnership with OPUC Staff and Stakeholders, PGE has developed the following schedule. The RFP schedule is designed to make timely progress toward PGE’s capacity needs and HB 2021 compliance requirements and is subject to change based on regulatory timing. PGE will update the schedule to reflect any timing changes.

• April 17, 2025 — PGE submits final draft Renewable RFP to OPUC for approval

• July 24, 2025 — PGE issues Final RFP

• July 31, 2025 — Post-issuance bidder conference

• August 6, 2025 — Notice of Intent to Bid due

• August 28, 2025 — Benchmark bids due

• September 12, 2025 — Third-Party Solar BTA/APA bids due

• September 26, 2025 — All remaining bids due

• November 6, 2025 — Initial shortlist identified*

• November 20, 2026 — Best and final price update*

• February 23, 2026 — PGE submits request for acknowledgment of shortlist to OPUC

• Q2/Q3 2026 — Final contracts executed with winning Bidders as applicable

*These dates are subject to change depending on the quantity and complexity of bids received and should circumstances require.
